1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Daily Cut-Off Time: We ship out orders every day at 3:00 PM IST.
Dispatch Timeline: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will generally be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Peak Season Delays: Dispatch times may be slightly delayed during sales, festival seasons, and public holidays due to high order volumes.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our warehouse in Kerala, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Within Kerala: Approx. 1 – 2 business days
Rest of India (Outside Kerala): Approx. 3 – 5 business days

3. Third-Party Courier & Delivery Services
Partner Capabilities: Product delivery relies entirely on the operational capabilities of our third-party logistics partners. MotoHawk is not liable for unexpected delays caused by transit issues, weather conditions, or local courier delays.
Doorstep Delivery & Self-Pickup: In areas where direct doorstep delivery is unavailable, our courier partner will contact you directly. You may be required to collect your parcel from the nearest accessible branch or delivery center.
