1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

2. Products, Pricing & Fitment
Accuracy: We strive to show accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, images are for illustrative purposes, and minor color or design variations may occur.
Fitment & Compatibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that an accessory, spare part, or gear item is compatible with their specific motorcycle make and model prior to ordering.
Offers & Discounted Items:
- Products bought under discount, clearance, or festival offers do not carry any warranty.
- Offer items are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or free shipping unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders, Payments & Pricing
Payment Authorization: All orders must be paid using an authorized payment method legally owned by you. Fraudulent use of payment cards will be reported and legally prosecuted.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent. Please keep this for your records.
Order Cancellation: MotoHawk reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Third-Party Financing
Delivery Address: You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Photo ID proof may be required at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Address Charges: If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, re-shipping costs and processing fees will be charged to you.
Third-Party Services (e.g., Bajaj Finserv): Financing or EMI arrangements are handled directly between you and the respective financial provider. MotoHawk is not liable for failed banking or EMI transactions.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return Policy: Once delivered, items cannot be returned except under valid claims covered by our [Return & Cancellation Policy].
Deductions on Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via original payment methods (no cash refunds). Bank processing fees, gateway charges, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
Website Content: All text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions belong exclusively to MotoHawk. Unauthorized copying or framing is strictly prohibited.
User Reviews & Comments: By posting reviews or feedback on our site, you grant MotoHawk a royalty-free, permanent right to publish, modify, and display that content across our channels.
7. Limitation of Liability
MotoHawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products sold.
Riding motorcycles carries inherent risks; MotoHawk is not liable for improper installation or misuse of riding gear, parts, and accessories.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters arising from the use of this website shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in Cochin / Ernakulam, Kerala.
